Here’s what worked – and what didn’t

The clean property impressed me, and the ample activities for kids kept our family entertained. Our spacious room catered perfectly to our needs, with easy access to pools and a fun atmosphere everywhere!

Check-in was disorganized, causing unnecessary hassle while moving across the resort. Additionally, limited staff at restaurants led to slow service, which detracted from overall enjoyment during our stay.

We loved our stay here during our family xmas holiday! The kids enjoyed the kids club and the swimming pool, while we relaxed by the beach access. The only hiccup was the checkout process, which took longer than expected, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

Wonderful amenities but dining disappointed

The family club room was spacious and came with a delightful kid-friendly water park. The kids loved the shows and the clean, private beach was a pleasure.

Unfortunately, the variety in food was lacking. Every day felt repetitive, and there were limited vegetarian options available, which disappointed my wife greatly.

I had a fantastic time at this family-friendly resort, especially for my kids who loved the Kids' Club and the daily activities like movie nights and shows. The pool areas were perfect for unwinding, and my mother enjoyed the spacious family room too!

In my wife’s opinion, the beach access could be improved for families with children.

The choice of restaurants was solid, and I loved the tasty snacks and local flavors. The shows were a blast, especially with the energy they brought to the evenings! Plus, the beach and pool areas provided a chill vibe to unwind after a busy day.

The dining experience, particularly the buffet, was a letdown, serving low-quality food that left much to be desired. Also, navigating around the massive resort felt like a workout, with too few golf carts around to ease the trek.

During our stay, we were thrilled to be just a short 2.5 km from the beautiful Grand Coral Beach Club and less than a 15-minute drive to Quintana Avenida, where we enjoyed a vibrant atmosphere filled with shops and restaurants. the beautiful park views and ease of walking to these landmarks made our family vacation memorable and relaxing.

Kids loved the pirate-themed club activities.

I thoroughly enjoyed the lush grounds and beautiful pool areas, which were perfect for relaxation and exploring. The wheelchair accessibility made it easier to navigate the resort, ensuring a pleasant experience for everyone, especially seniors like myself.

Totally recommend for a city holiday

Lovely hotel, spacious room with a kid’s pool area that my 4-year-old absolutely adored, and a wide variety of food options that suited both kids and picky eaters perfectly.
